New Skill Centre Indoor Program: U8-U12 Age Groups: This is a skills-based program broken down into three components. Ball Mastery: The idea is to get as many touches on the ball as possible (focusing on Technique). Activity: soccer topics, passing & receiving, shooting, defending, possession. Lots of small-sided games: All coaches will provide exciting challenging sessions each week.   

• Start Date: (5th November – 19th December 2024) – (7th January – 13th March 2025) 

• Location: Indoor Dome – 60 mins sessions x2 per week.   

• U8 Boys & Girls: Tuesday & Thursdays: 4:00 – 5:00pm – 1/4 field  

• U9 Boys & Girls: Tuesday & Thursdays: 5:00 – 6:00pm – 1/3 field 

• U10 Boys: Tuesday & Thursdays: 5:00 – 6:00pm – 1/3 field 

• U10 Girls: Tuesday & Thursdays: 6:00 – 7:00pm – 1/3 field 

• U11 Boys & Girls: Tuesday & Thursdays: 6:00 – 7:00pm – 1/2 field 

• U12 Boys & Girls: Tuesday & Thursdays: 7:00 – 8:00pm – 1/2 field 

U8-U12: Price: $500 + optional recreational program weekend game, 50% discount = $85  

• Tournaments are not included in the registration fees.  

Price Includes: 

• Skill Centre Manager: Oversees smooth running of the program, making sure, in coordination with the Director of Soccer that coaches are placed within each age group. Curriculum hand-outs for each session are ready for each age group. Send report once per month to the Director of Soccer on the positives and negatives of the program.  

• Team Mentorship Program: Director of Soccer will help coach teams from U8-U12 age groups each week.  

• Sport Session Planner: This is a software program that the Director of Soccer will build all curriculum sessions, this will be circulated out to the coaches from the Skill Centre Manager. Also, every parent will receive an indoor report card at the end of the season from their head coach their son or daughters progress on the following,  attendance, performance, strengths & weaknesses. This will help for all players long-term-player-development at WYSA, sessions can be sent to players via barcode or email days prior to the session taking place. Parents can also see what content that their child will be getting at each session.  

• Goal Keeping: Sessions will occur during training sessions. (TBC)  

• Team Snap: This software program will allow better communication between parents, players and coaches of who is attending the sessions, time and dates of games and tournaments.  

• Coach Mentorship Program: Every coach will be actively involved with the Director of Soccer  to improve his or her’s coaching knowledge.  

• Kit: Socks, shorts, training top, home & away game day jersey. 

• Optional March 2025 Camp x2 weeks: $375 per week (17th – 21st ) + (24th – 28th 1pm-6pm) 2025 (TBC)  

• Optional July 2025 Camp x2 weeks: $375per week (14th – 18th) + (21st – 25th) 2025 (TBC) 

• Optional August 2025 Camp x2 weeks: $375 per week (4th– 8th) + (11th – 15th) 2025 (TBC)
